Last night I had a plan to wake up this morning and go to the gym with my husband. This morning I woke up late and my laziness prevailed. I slept in until 10:30am and went to the store to buy some workout pants so I could go to the gym. Then Adam (my husband) and I decided to go grab some lunch at a buffet. Now I did really good at the restaurant. I had 8 pieces of sushi with low sodium soy sauce and a huge plate of mixed fruit. By the time we left it was enough time to make it to the house and get ready for work at 1pm.
After getting Ben from his grandmas I took him home to get him to bed for nap. I thought after I got Hailey from the bus I could wake up Ben and go to the gym. I walked to the bus stop to get Hailey around 2:20. Does that count as exercise? Its like 2 mins up a hill I totes count it as exercise! Anyway Hailey was not on the bus her other grandma got her from school. So I walked home. On with my plan... I got Ben ready to go to the gym. Then I remembered that the kids klub is closed daily between 1pm and 4 pm. Darn it! I didn't have time to go later because I had to cook dinner for the kids.
If my LAZY ass had gotten up earlier this morning and not slept in I would have been able to make it to the gym. I feel horrible. I also had to email my personal trainer to let him know that I didn't make it like I had promised! I failed at not being lazy today. Maybe I will be better tomorrow!
