Monday: I went for a walk with my employer and her kids. All together it was probably a 30 min of actual exercise. While we were there for like an hour. I had a good time. We went to the Chattahoochee River walking/biking trail over near powersferry. The trail is nice! Its kept up well and its so beautiful. The kids rode their bikes while I walked behind. I did not have the right shoes on so I couldn't walk as fast. Next time I will bring my tennis shoes to change into. I did enjoy it though!
Tuesday: My hubby was off so we were going to go the gym in the morning before I worked at 12:30. We got caught up at the house doing laundry and cleaning for family dinner on Friday. (Every Friday night my husbands side of the family and us meet up at someones house to have homemade food. Once a month we all take turns to host the dinner at our house. This Friday is our turn.) I also needed to clean my car it just needed to be done. By the time we finished it was time for lunch. Of course we went out. We had our favorite new restaurant the hibachi buffet. It's such a good deal! Weekday lunches are only $6.55 for all you can eat hibachi buffet you can't beat that! OK, no time for the gym so I figured I could take the kids to the gym after 4pm. Got them up from nap and still needed to go to the grocery store. I did not have enough time to get back before 6 when their father would be home to take them to dinner. My husband said we could go when I got off. I didn't feel like it! I just wanted my subway sub and some Glee. Zero exercise for me today!
Wednesday: Today started off well. I made it to the gym before work! Wow!! But it was short lived. I was on the elliptical for about 17 minutes when I got a call from the kids Grandma. It was 12:05 She said she was wondering when I was coming to get the kids. I told her I was on the schedule for 1pm today. She had somewhere to be at 1 so I told her I could come now if shes wanted. She said if I were there by 12:30 it would give her enough to time to get ready. Being called in early to work meant I had to cut my work out short. I made it 25 mins on the elliptical which is better than nothing right? Hopefully I can get back to the gym tomorrow and make up for it!!
